Terms and Conditions


  • Minimum age: 22-25 additional fee may apply for under 25.
  • Valid driver license: must be held for at least 1-2 years. 
  • Additional drivers: must be declared and meet the same requirements. 
  • Prohibited to use the car for racing, towing, or illegal activities 
  • Rental period starts when the car is picked up. 

Return and Refund Policy



  • Payment methods: credit card for security deposit and rental payment can be made with credit/debit. 
  • Security deposits returned typically 24-48 hours of drop off. 
  • Vehicle needs to be returned with the same fuel capacity as when rented. 
  • There is a 250$ cancellation fee if cancelled within the 24hr period the rental was scheduled for pick up.
  • Vehicles are equipped with gps tracking and will send location and excessive speed alerts. 
  • Termination of rental can be issued due to violations of the terms and conditions are violated and rental must be returned immediately upon request.
